Bio

Steve Horn was named the Cleary University head women's soccer coach on October 26, 2021.

A native of Lansing, Michigan, Horn played collegiate baseball for Western Michigan University from 1999-2003.  After his time in Kalamazoo, Coach Horn played one season for the Selma (AL) Cloverleafs of the Southeastern Independent League.

Coach Horn had spent the 15 seasons coaching high school soccer, and was been the head boys and girls soccer coach at Williamston High School from 2016-2022.  Coach Horn had an impressive 81-21-5 record coaching the girls, and his career is capped by a Division 3 state championship and a 17-2-1 record in 2022.  Horn's Hornets teams won 7 consecutive district championships from 2016-22 (with no tournament in 2020 due to COVID).  They also won regional championships in 2016, 2021, and 2022.  Horn's boys teams won 4 consecutive district championships from 2016-2020, and he was on the Hornets' coaching staff that reached the state finals in 2012, 2013, and 2015.

Coach Horn lives in Williamston with his wife Danijela, and his two children, Adam and Ava.
