3 Top 10 Overall Finishes Boost Cougars to 1st Place Team Finish at Cougar Invite
(Brighton, MI)-- The Cleary Cougar Women's Golf team hosted the Cleary Cougar Invite today at Oak Pointe Country Club in Brighton, Michigan. The women would take home 1st place as a team along with 3 top 10 overall finishes.

Jana L'Esperance took home 1st place overall after posting a score of +11.

Jessica Shay finished in 5th place with a score of +14.

Lauryn Jerke finished her round with a +17 to tie for 7th place overall.

Emma Smith was entered as an individual for this event. She would finish her round with a +21 to take 16th overall.

Madeline Swett would tie for 19th overall with a score of +23.
The Women's Golf team will close out their fall season next Monday, October 14, 2024, as they travel down to Sylvania Country Club for the Lourdes University Invitational. Tee time is set for 10:00 AM.
