Wrestling Drops Dual to Gray Wolves

(Howell, MI)-- The Cleary Cougar wrestling team hit the mats for a WHAC dual against the Lourdes Gray Wolves at Parker Middle School in Howell Thursday evening.
- In the 141 lb. division, Ryan Weaver would lose a major decision by a 6-16 score to Dru Wilson
- Carson Boisvert would suffer a pin to Cyle Wells in the 149 lb. division
- Lourdes' Derick Coleman would pin Zander Bradsher in the 165 lb. division
- Lenton Patrick would suffer a pin defeat to Niko Christo in the 174 lb. division
- Wyatt Clements would suffer a pin defeat in the 184 lb. division
- Roberto Perez would earn the lone Cougar points on the evening, when he won by forfeit in the 285 lb./Heavyweight division.
As a team, Cleary would lose the match 46-6. The Cougars will have a little time off, but will be back in action on Sunday, February 4, when they participate in the Muskegon Community College Jayhawk Open.
