Wrestling Suffers WHAC Loss to Saints

(Adrian, MI)-- The Cleary Cougar wrestling team made the trip to Ardrian, but suffered a defeat to the host Siena Heights University Saints Thursday evening.
- Ryan Weaver earned the only 4 points for the Cougars, as he was able to earn a major decision (13-1) over Siena Heights' Chase Packard in the 133 lb. weight class.
- Anthony Wilson was pinned in 48 seconds to lose to the Saints' Nomar Comar in the 149 lb. weight class.
The Cougars would lose 36-4 in the match. Cleary will be back in action on Saturday, January 28, when they travel to Fort Wayne for a WHAC tri-dual meet, as they will take on Indiana Tech and Marian.
