Cougars Wrap Up Battle of the Brae, Set Sights on WHAC Championships
(Augusta, MI) -- The Cleary Cougar Men's Golf team traveled west for the past two days for the LTU Battle of the Brae tournament. The team would play two rounds of 18 holes over the two-day span and would finish in 6th place out of 8 teams with a team stroke score of 631.

Basile Malempre led the Cougars as he tied for 14th place with a first-round score of 78 and a second-round score of 72.

Axel Houdaille tied for 29th with round scores of 81 and 76.

Johnny Fackler and Seth Sherry both tied for 36th overall after shooting 162 over the two days.

Justin Reddy was entered as an individual and finished 40th overall with round scores of 85 and 78.
The Men's Golf team will be back on the course on Monday, April 28, for the WHAC Championships, which will be a two-day event. It will take place at Stoatin Brae Golf Club in Augusta, MI.
