Parker's 4th Place Finish Helps Men's Bowling Earn 7th Place at Raider Classic; Women Earn 8th Place
(Beavercreek, OH)-- The Cleary Cougar men's and women's bowling teams were in Ohio last weekend for the two-day 2025 Roto Grip Raider Classic at Beaver-Vu Bowl.
In the Men's Meet:
- Ethan Parker would earn a 4th place finish and was named to the All-Tournament team for his efforts. He would bowl a four-game series of 223-234-241-217, to knock down a total of 915 pins
- Earning a 25th place finish was Howie Hammond, who had games of 219-203-198-222
- With games of 236-175-179-215 was Xander Finkbeiner, who finished in 48th place
- Bryce Owens would bowl in three games, and had scores of 182-191-161 to finish in 138th
In the Baker games, the Cougars would bowl a game of 300 for the first time in program history. The lineup for the 300 game was Bryce Owens, Jacob Chouinard, Howie Hammond, Xander Finkbeiner, Tyler Koehn for that game.
As a team, Cleary knocked down 7,207 pins, and finished in 7th place out of 21 teams.
- Grace Polega led the Cougars with a 20th place finish overall. She bowled a four-game series of 147-167-225-178 to total 717 pins
- Finishing in 46th place was Courtney Witten, who bowled games of 152-178-147-189, knocking down a total of 666 pins
- Bowling games of 165-146-152-168 was Olivia Solomon, who finished in 55th place
- Aubrey Rowlson would bowl in three games, and had scores of 185-134-136 to finish in 86th
As a team, Cleary knocked down 6,093 pins, and finished in 8th place out of 15 teams
Cleary will have some time off for Thanksgiving, before returning to action at the WHAC's Michigan Open on Saturday, December 6.
