Men's and Women's Bowling Compete at WHAC's Second Jamboree; Polega Finishes Top-10

(Clinton Twp, MI)-- The Cleary Cougar men's and women's bowling teams returned to the lanes Saturday, as they competed in the WHAC's Great Lakes Open at Imperial Lanes in Clinton Township.
In the Men's Meet:
- Tyler Koehn would be the top finisher for the Cougars with a three game series of 152-193-247, finishing in 12th place
- Xander Finkbeiner would earn a 178-187-175 to finish in 37th overall, and was the top finisher for the Cougar JV team
- Bowling games of 147-180-205 was Howie Hammond, who earned a 41st place finish
- Representing the JV and finishing in 68th was Evan Martin, who had games of 168-140-131
- With games of 132-120-170 was Alex Ryan, who finished in 73rd while representing the JV
- Matthew Radjewski bowled games of 147-133-132 while representing the JV, and finished in 76th
As a team, Cleary's Varsity knocked down 5,462 pins, and finished in 7th place.
In the Women's Meet:
- Grace Polega would lead the way with a 6th place finish. She bowled three games of 156-267-142 in her three games
- With three games of 167-203-167 was Olivia Solomon, who finished in 17th place
- Finishing right behind her teammate in 18th place was Aubrey Rowlson, who bowled games of 174-210-152
- Courtney Witten would bowl three games of 177-160-144 to finish in 37th place
- Brianna Swickard finished in 44th, with three games of 157-174-131
As a team, Cleary knocked down 5,275 pins, and finished in 5th place overall
