Rivera and Daugard Earn 2nd Team All-WHAC for Overwatch 2

(Mishawaka, IN)-- The Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC) released its All-Conference Teams for Overwatch 2 in conjunction with the conference tournament being hosted by Bethel University. The teams were selected by a vote of head coaches in the conference. The first and second team each feature five players. All-Academic and Champion of Character awards will be announced at the spring championship.

Cleary had two student-athletes named to the WHAC Second Team for Overwatch 2. Jordan "Fiction" Rivera and Lily "LadySparks" Daugard were announced as members of the Second-Team All-WHAC for their performances this season.  Cleary entered today's WHAC tournament as the #6 seed with a 2-4 record, and qualified for the finals after going 1-1 in last week's play-in tournament.  The team was matched up with 3-seed Saint Xavier in their first round matchup, but fell 3-0 on Friday, October 31, and giving the team one final match in the fall season on Saturday, November 1 against the Aquinas College Saints.

Siena Heights' Nic "Social" Haralson was chosen as the Overwatch 2 Player of the Year. Luczko led the Warriors to 5-2 regular season record and the third seed in the WHAC Tournament.
