Bio
Hector Montilla Sr. is the founder of the 90 Millas Baseball Academy in Venezuela, where he developed as Director and Recruiter of Players, in his program he managed to sign players at a professional level with baseball organizations organized in the USA and Venezuela, such as the Pittsburgh Pirates, Detroit Tigers, and Navegantes del Magallanes. He has worked alongside former Major Leaguers such as Edwin Hurtado (Toronto Blue Jays) and Richard Garces (Boston Red Sox) in the 90 Mile Pitching Staff where he gained great experience working with professionals. He has also worked as a recruiter at the 9Stars Academy where they also signed players at the Professional Level. He worked with international players who obtained university scholarships from colleges and universities in the USA. He is the founder of the Pony Venezuela League in the Carabobo State where in the Mustang Category he won the Caribbean Series of the Pony League in Aruba.
